    WWE SummerSlam 2009 Live will be featuring professional wrestling talents or matches from pre-existing scripted feuds and storylines that will be played out on RAW, SmackDown, and ECW brands, battling it out to become king of the ring. The wrestlers will showcase their strength, agility, offensive and defensive attacks.
    
    Before a pro-wrestler can step up and battle in this year WWE SummerSlam 2009 Live event, each of these pros have to battle first and defeat their opponent(s). John Cena defeated The Miz in a "Beat the Clock Challenge" to earn the right to fight Randy Orton for the WWE Championship at SummerSlam 2009 Live.
    
    A woman's match is also scheduled for the said event. And there's also a talk about HHH vs. Ted DiBiase if, DX vs. Legacy match won't push through. Plus, there's a chance that Maria will be at the ringside with Ziggler. Khali vs. Kane are now added in the card.
